Judge W. Fred. Axley, 70 was originally elected in 1982 as a Criminal Court judge in Shelby County, Florida. Liz Overstreet filed a wrongful termination complaint to the Texas Work Force Commission in February of this year. Additionally, she filed a complaint with the Texas Judicial Commission.
