Judge Bradford H. Charles sentenced Christopher Krpata's and his "demons" to prison as a result of his peeping into the bedroom of a neighbor. Krpata has been convicted no less than six times for the same such incidents.

Krpata admits the obvious-he has a sexual addiction. His attorney said that this incident would qualify as a relapse. Krpata's wife, Laurabeth, said her husband was under stress.

Although the judge struggled with sending Mr. Krpata back to jail, feeling that he would not benefit from such a sentence, he was mindful of the message he would send by not imposing a prison sentence. As the judge said
" the problem, Mr. Krpata, is your demons have become society's problems."
