Dozens of Suspects will be arrested in Florida this week for insurance fraud that is estimated to be in the $1 million dollar range.

The crimes involve close to 80 individuals. The crimes range from auto theft to staging auto accidents. It is believed that sentences for the individuals involved will range from five to 30 years per count.

Most of the charges fall under workers' compensation fraud. The second-largest category involves insurance fraud. It has been estimated that such crimes cost Floridians $1,400 yearly. The CFO insurance fraud department is willing to pay as much as $25,000 for information directly leading to an arrest and conviction.
