Police in North Carolina are looking into what could be a wrongful death. At approximately five a.m. on Friday, a train collided with the body of a woman.

Initally, it was believed that the woman's death was caused by the train. Now, authorities are not so certain.
The engineer of the train has been interviewed. He did see a woman on the tracks, but it was too late to stop by the time he saw her. At this stage determine if this was indeed a wrongful death. Currently, the police are trying to identify the decedent, and proceed with the investigation from there.
