It is no secret that drivers are distracting while driving on an all-too-regular basis. And as a result of those distractions, car accidents increase substantially. Given that fact, the Canadian government and the Insurance Bureau of Canadian are educating Canadians about the dangers of distractions while driving with what is known as the D.U.M.B. car (Distractions Undermining Motorist Behaviour) simulator on the road.
